The Deanery is a Faculty organisational administration unit directly subordinate to the Associate Dean for Educational Matters, competent to prepare and keep education process documentation and handle all types of studies and training courses conducted at the Faculty. Deanery operations are supervised by the Head of Deanery.

The Deanery’s scope of operations includes:
- performing undertakings in connection with organisation, planning, and completing undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral studies, and additional training courses;
- keeping a record of the course of studies and personnel matters in relation to undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students and attendees at the Faculty;
- planning and coordinating the process of planning and conducting classes;
- planning and coordinating students’ apprenticeships;
- planning and organising activities connected with diploma issuance processes;
- performing statistical analyses and summaries concerning didactic activities for the needs of the Faculty Council and the Dean;
- handling IT systems to support the didactic process;
- developing information for the Faculty website;
- ensuring administration, formal-legal, and IT services in regards to didactic activities in the scope of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral student affairs;
- coordinating, planning, and organising the manner of awarding material aid to undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students;
- participation in executing tasks in connection with the Education Quality Assurance System;
- participation in organising and conducting enrolment for undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral studies and additional training courses;
- cooperation in organising Faculty ceremonies and festivities;
- planning, organising, and implementing Faculty-wide promotional and marketing undertakings and information on the education process as well as undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral student affairs.
The Higher Education Service Team is a Deanery internal organisational unit competent to organise, prepare, and keep education process documentation and handle all types of tertiary studies. The Team is managed by the Team Head
The scope of tasks of the Team includes:
- performing didactic endeavours in connection with organising and handling tertiary studies conducted at the Faculty;
- keeping records of the course of studies in the USOS system;
- planning and coordinating students’ apprenticeships;
- planning and organising endeavours in connection with students’ diploma examinations;
- executing tasks in connection with the Education Quality Assurance System;
- performing analyses and summaries concerning didactic activities for the needs of the Faculty Council and the Dean;
- supporting activities of Faculty student science clubs;
- ensuring administration, formal-legal, and IT services in regards to didactic activities in the scope of student affairs;
- preparing student personal files for the MUT Archives in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education on Documenting the Course of Studies;
- participation in organising and conducting enrolment for tertiary studies and additional training courses;
- organising Faculty ceremonies and festivities connected with the didactic process;
- supervision over the state of personal data protection, in particular in the scope of student affairs.
Student services are provided at the “Student Affair Office” in room 276 (2nd floor, building no. 100)
In the period from 07/12/2021 to 09/11/2021, the dean's office will be open to students on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 7:45 am to 10:00 am and from 1:00 pm to 3:20 pm. In addition, the dean's office will be open for part-time students on Saturday, September 18, 2021, from 7:30 to 15:30.

The Postgraduate Studies Service and Material Aid Office is an internal organisation unit of the Deanery, competent in the scope of organising, preparing, and keeping documentation of the education process and handling all types of postgraduate studies, additional training courses, and material aid. The Team is managed by the Team Head.
The scope of tasks of the Team includes:
- undertaking endeavours in connection with handling postgraduate studies and additional training courses conducted at the Faculty and keeping their up-to-date records within the USOS system;
- executing tasks in connection with the Education Quality Assurance System;
- planning and organising endeavours in connection with the final exam of the attendees;
- handling the IT system for supporting the didactic process and developing information for the Faculty website;
- ensuring administration, formal-legal, and IT services in regards to didactic activities in the scope of student affairs;
- planning, organising, and executing Faculty promotional and marketing endeavours and information on the education process, additional training and student affairs;
- planning, organising and coordinating the process of granting material aid to students;
- preparing student personal files for the MUT Archives in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education on Documenting the Course of Studies;
- cooperation in organising Faculty ceremonies and festivities;
- supervision over the state of personal data protection, in particular in the scope of student affairs.

Doctoral Studies Services is an internal unit of the Deanery, competent in the scope of organising, preparing, and keeping documents on the education process and services in the scope of doctoral studies.
The scope of tasks of the Doctoral Studies Services includes:
- handling the doctoral studies didactic process at the Faculty;
- preparing and keeping a Faculty Academic Teacher Database in the USOS system;
- ensuring office services for Faculty Committees headed by the Associate Dean for Educational Matters, including the Curriculum Development Committee, PKA and KAUT Self-Assessment Reports Preparation Committee, Faculty Committee for the Functioning of the Education Quality System;
- handling cases and keeping documentation in connection with the carrying out doctoral theses at the Faculty;
- corresponding with academic teachers, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students on instruction of the Associate Dean for Educational Matters or doctoral programmes directors at the Faculty;
- creating statistical summaries on the education process;
- keeping a register of incoming and outgoing correspondence of the Associate Dean for Educational Matters.
The Planning Team is an internal organisational unit of the Deanery, competent for organising, preparing, and keeping the class planning documentation. The Team is managed by the Team Head.
The scope of tasks of the Team includes:
- preparing semester class plans;
- supervision over a timely execution of classes;
- controlling the compliance of class plans with curricula, as well as ongoing amendment of class plans;
- supervision over classroom use and service load management;
- analysing the correctness of reports on completed classes and their accordance with the class record card;
- analysing the didactic load;
- participating in keeping electronic records on the teaching-science staff and updating it for the needs of planning and reporting;
- operating an information bank in the scope of didactic infrastructure of the Faculty (teaching rooms, laboratories);
- cooperation in organising Faculty ceremonies and festivities;
- supervising the personal data protection state, in particular in the scope of student affairs;
- creating and keeping a database in the scope of education, services, and student affairs.
